It has an alluring savoury nose draws you into a surprising palate of green apple, spice and lingering sweetness. Nose Rich and savoury, almost earthy with notes of freshly cut grass. Palate Crisp green apple and cooking spices, leading to a gentle fruit jelly sweetness. Finish Medium, drying but moreish.
