Named after the ship that brought the Kinross family to Otago in 1860, this elegant Gibbston Pinot Noir reflects its cool climate origins with lifted aromatics, bright acidity, and fine structure. Cranberry, red plum and liquorice lead the nose, with raspberry, dark chocolate, and a savoury hint of thyme and salinity on the palate. Aged 10 months in 30%
