No added sugar or colorings. To be considered an Aejo, a typical Tequila must be in a barrel for no less than one year. Many other premium Tequilas age their Aejo for 15 18 months. Cantera Negra Aejo is aged for no less than 30 months. A small amount of bourbon cask and cognac cask aged Tequila is also blended in to create hints of
