The golden tinted Dobos torte (named after pastry chef Jsef Dobos) has seven layers of thin vanilla bean butter sponge cake with a hint of lemon zest. Our rich chocolate buttercream is made of delicious dark and light Valrhona chocolate. The texture is best described as lightly spongey and chewy with a smooth and strong
